Ping G15 Irons and I, Now and Forever

I still remember the day when I stepped out the college, with a confused look, I do not know what to do next. It seems that we graduates are abandoned by educational institution. So I hid myself at home, I spent time in playing computer games and sleeping.

Everything is gray in my eyes until the day my classmate show me his treasure, it is said that he found it at wholesale golf clubs mart. Maybe it is nothing for the amateur like me, however, after he told me the story about Ping G15 Irons, I get to know what I should do next, it likes a house build with bricks step by step.

Well, the technology of the G15 Iron provides the high-launching, maximum forgiveness benefits that the majority of golfers rely on to bring consistency to their iron play. Investment cast 17-4 stainless steel, heat treated. Hottest golf sale online Ping G15 Irons at our golf store makes it easy to get proper golf sets for golfers, and helps save more for golf shopping.

The majority of the G15's features should be familiar. The groves are painted the same with one final grove painted in white to help with alignment. The hosel has the same characteristic gouge all PINGirons have had in recent years. The sole of the club utilizes the same font as it has in the past. Essentially, besides the cavity of the club, the G15 could be mistaken for the G10. However, the redesigned cavity pushes the club from plain to pleasing.

It's said that PINGclubs have been called ugly for years. Honestly, I believe PINGalmost took pride in that statement claiming that they chose brains over beauty. However, the Ping G15 irons are not ugly. As if the engineers collaborated with an artist to design the club's cavity, the new red, black, and silver color scheme highlights the new Custom Tuning Port. The colors are both subtle and attractive.

So do not judge something by appearance, that's irrational. Now I am clear about what I should do in the future, thankful to my classmate and the Ping G15 Irons.

Which one is better, G20 irons or G15 Irons?

Both Ping G15 iron and G20 iron are good golf clubs. Today I will have a comparation about them. If you are considering about change your irons, maybe you can read it.

The Ping G15 iron has been designed to give golfers the ultimate in performance and flexibility. The multi-material design of the Ping G15 Irons for sale includes a lightweight titanium face that has allowed 27 grams to be repositioned to the perimeter of the 17-4 stainless steel club head.

By using this weight to widen the sole the G15 promotes a much higher ball flight even on those unfortunate misshits while also greatly enhancing the moment of inertia (MOI). Confirming completely with the revised R&A groove rules the Ping G15 golf irons feature a larger clubhead to improve forgiveness and deliver a complete game improvement club.

Ping G15 Irons allow golfers to enjoy a consistent and high trajectory throughout the set with the inclusion of strengthened lofts while golfers can enjoy complete flexibility by choosing to replace the 5 and 6 irons with the 5 and 6 G15 hybrids to create an iron set that is comfortable enough to give you confidence on every shot.

The G20s come in 3 iron to lob wedge or you can blend in the excellent G20 hybrid instead of the long irons. There are four flexes of shaft in either the TFC 169i graphite shafts or a new CFS steel shaft for ‘control, feel and stability ’ which was lovely to hit. Overall the G20 iron is a bit more evolution than revolution, but this is still going to be one of the best irons in the market for mid-handicappers.

The sound and feel of the Ping G20 irons at impact were every bit as good as the G15 and the flight was maybe slightly higher thanks to the extra weight in the sole. However get custom fitted by Ping to and you will get a set of Ping G20 Irons that will help you get the distance and trajectory to suit your game.
The Ping G20 irons replace the G15 irons and the 10% thinner face is the same size as the previous model, which enables Ping to move the weight saved into the sole of the club. The G20 has a wider sole than its predecessor, particularly in the toe area, Ping G20 Irons for salewhich increases the moment of inertia and forgiveness of the iron. At address the clubhead sits very well behind the ball, although in some of the longer irons you can see the back of the cavity, which may not appeal to all.

Above are my opinions, all in all, both of them are good. You can decide to buy which one according to your own needs.

They dont feel as great as a Mizuno forging but are very good. Forgiveness is the best attribute of these clubs, hardly loose much distance even on bad mishits, the ping men’s forged anser irons go thru any turf and rough that you can get yourselves in. I see these staying in the bag for a while. The Anser carries the same name as one of the early models Karsten Solheim produced before he transitioned to the popular investment casting process. The newest version pushes the forging process to create performance benefits not previously associated with a forged cheap golf clubs.

Ping Rapture V2 Irons VS Ping G15 Irons

The Ping Rapture irons have been an incredible success story in the super game improvement iron category for a couple years now. For 2009, Ping outdid themselves with the new Rapture V2 irons. Building on the solid foundation of the original Rapture irons, the V2s offer even more forgiveness and feel in a smart looking package.
Ping Rapture V2 Irons are Engineered to Offer Golfers Maximum Forgiveness
The Ping Rapture V2 irons leverage the multi-metal technology to not only launch the ball longer, but also higher and with more accuracy. Now you can hit those soaring iron approach shots that go high and long and yet land softly on the green. If you are sick of missing greens or facing those monster birdie putts, the Rapture V2 irons will quickly solve that problem.

Personal Views on the Ping Rapture V2 Irons
Here are a few comments golfer have made concerning the Rapture V2 irons:
“These clubs are have the largest sweet spot of any irons I’ve ever hit. ”
“ball flight is high and straight. ”
“It’s almost impossible to mis-hit these irons. ”
“The Rapture V2 irons are fantastic clubs. ”
“The topline is a little thick looking, but not nearly as clunky as hybrid irons. Once you hit them, though, you feel like a player. Awesome.”
“Everyone always says, ‘swing easy.’ These are the first clubs I could actually do that and still have the ball rocket off the face. Great clubs.”

ping G15 Irons
Design and Technology
Like its predecessor, the G15 is an oversized iron designed for players seeking maximum forgiveness. However, several changes have been made which PING believes should make the club even more forgiving.
The epicenter of the G15′s technological advances is the new Custom Tuning Port (“CTP”). While the G10 had a CTP, PING engineers reshaped and repositioned the CTP to save seven grams. The weight savings of a thinner face allowed the engineers move weight to the perimeter – particularly the toe – to improve forgiveness for off-center hits as well as increase MOI. PING believes that these changes provide the proper structure and support to ensure distance control and solid feel.

You Can’t Miss Our Golf Clubs

The productions in our golf shops are the best in the world. The new Grain Flow Forged MX-300 irons in our golf shops with y-tune pro technology are the perfect players spec iron with enhanced game improvement technologies. The head specifications of the new MX-300 irons in our golf store provides a more traditional look with a minimal progressive offset, a compact head size and modest sole width to deliver the look for an aggressive player profile.

The full cavity utilized in our shop’ Mizuno MX-300 irons contains the reconfigured high technology for enhanced feel and ball flight control, with added forgiveness. The milled pocket cavity redistributes 12 grams of discretionary weight low and deep to provide a high penetrating launch, while the scoring irons in our shops utilize a solid power bar design for maximum solid feel and pin attacking control. The golf clubs in the golf shops are the perfect weapons for the player looking for the combination of feel, forgiveness and ball control.

Now, let’s move to the other production in our golf shops. The ping g15 irons have just been released and thousands of people across the globe are purchasing these- especially the drivers and irons. These two cheap golf clubs in our golf shops would make a great addition to any golfer’s set.

There are numerous reasons why you should purchase our golf shops’ ping g15 irons especially if you play with a medium to high handicap. The sound and feel was a somewhat soft empty sensation, not as hollow or empty as say the new Nike Dymo yet not as solid as the Taylormade R9. It would fit in right between the two of them in Tatsuro’s opinion. This was the low point for the club especially the G15 model.

This club shines in the forgiveness department, although Tatsuro did not notice if there was any new technology in it that actually gave it a clear advantage over others he did find it very forgiving and equal to many game improvement drivers currently on the market.

Your choice: Ping G15 irons or G20

Ping is constantly upgrading and designing new ideas in their discount golf clubs, such as the “G” and “K” lines. Many players are curiously waiting for the next generation of the G15′s, the G20, because they are looking forward to improve their game. The G20 series are said to be introduced in August 2011 at the PGA Tour’s St. Jude Classic. But they are available now on the market. Do you think G20 Irons Will Surpass G15 Irons?

Similar and improvement:

1.They Have Similar Looks With G15 Irons But Still Different

As for looks, apparently they are very similar to the Ping G15 Irons, with a slightly darker red and more satin finish. The adjustable lie on the G20 is two degrees flatter than the G15′s. A more curved look to it than the G15′s with a new soft layer on the back to help with sound, feel and vibrations.

2.Thinner Face Will Add Forgiveness

The thinner face of the Ping G20 Irons helps position weight to the toe for added forgiveness. The wider sole provides a higher launch angle. Strong lofts and a low center of gravity produce long shots with a high trajectory and maximum forgiveness.

3.New Custom Tuning Port Expands Perimeter Weighting and Increases MOI

Ping G20 Irons features a new Custom Tuning Port which expands perimeter weighting and increases MOI. The steel shafts also look new, with more evenly spaced steps than the traditional AWT shafts, with a unique and interesting feel.

4.A Nice Cross Between The G15 and K15 Model

The Ping G20 Irons feature some added weight on the back end of the iron set that they stole from the tip/hosel section. It sits well and square, with a lower face height and sleeker look. It was described as a nice cross between the G15 and K15 model.

How I feel when I hit the G20 irons compared G15?

1.The G20′s are a pretty nive looking club up close IMO. The badge/CTP has some heft to it and seems to have more weight than the one on the G15.

2.The G20 felt noticably lighter than the my G15 irons. The shaft certainly felt lighter. The club was actually easier to swing as well.

3.The sole of the G20 was very close to the same size as the G15. At least I could not tell that much of a difference. If I had to lean one way, I would say it was a bit narrower.

4.I even did the fingernail test to see if the grooves were different and they seemed to be the same depth on both models.

5. Swinging the G20 was a breeze. I could tell the weight was certainly different and the club certainly launched the ball higher. Was hitting into a white net and could tell where the ball was hitting. I was consistently a little higher with the G20. Not too much, but I could tell.

6. Feel: I was actually surprised at how the G20 felt. I was one who was wondering how PING would improve on the G15. I certainly could tell the iron was softer when making contact with ball. Perhps this was due to the materinal used on the back of the club head that dappens vibration. Whatever it was, it worked. The club swing smoothly from front to back.

7. Distance: As I mentioned I could not tell, however the G15 still felt good to me and althought I hit the G20 a bit higher that may not translate into more distance. I have tried many irons and consistently hit my 8 iron right at 135 yards.

8. Advantage: I guess getting the ball up quicker and softer feel it goes to the new G20. Consistency, familairity and distance I would probably stick with my trusted G15′s. I will be going to another store this weekend to test these out on a monitor to check distances. If I hit the G20′s five yards longer I would prob stick with the 15′s. I just dont see me hitting them 10 yards longer. I will let you know.

Ping G15 Iron Review

The G15 irons by Ping are recruiting fan after fan after the purchase, fitting and demo-ing of these irons. Value, quality, and extreme accuracy and forgiveness are words that appear over and over again in reviews and descriptions.
These Ping irons can be played by players of all capabilities; they compare to the I15’s in that the latter are meant for low to mid handicappers.
Surprising results can be achieved by the use of these irons through a moment of increased inertia thanks to the iron’s expanded weighting perimeter; and that is a result of the featured floating CTP (custom tuning port) and design of the irons stainless steel cavity.
Will They Give You Some Distance Increases?
After considering the distance they got from these irons, reviewers rated distance at 4 ½ stars out of a possible 5 stars. Some users saw an increased distance of 7 yards; others saw an increase of up to 15 yards. Length and accuracy were repeating factors in almost every review of these G15s.
Forgiveness Factor
Consistent iron play, maximum forgiveness and a higher launch are all attributes of these irons. These irons are accurate, forgiving, easy to hit and reliable—best in class; even on mishits. Repositioned to the toe is a thinner face for weight saving… just in case you didn’t notice.

Will They Empty Your Wallet?

The price value rated 4 stars out of a possible 5 star rating. A reasonable online price for the Ping G15 irons was found to be around $799 for the graphite set and $599 for steel.
Suggested retail price is for individual irons ranges from $107 for the least expensive iron and $1080 for a set. Regardless, reviewers of these clubs have called them a sensational buy for the money.

Ping G20 Fairway Wood vs. Ping G15 Fairway Wood

Since the Ping G20 Fairway Wood was released, there are some players who feel disappointed with it and said it is nearly the same as previous G15. This article is to compare G15 and G20 Fairway Wood to see what are their similarities and differences.

Ping G15 Fairway Wood is a graphite game-improvement golf club wood featuring a TFC 149F shaft. Composed of stainless steel, Ping G15 Fairway Wood features a confidence inspiring elongated, low-profile design that provides forgiveness and playability from any lie on the course. Standard model has an external pad on the sole which positions the center of gravity (CG) low and farther back for higher trajectories and more distance. Draw model features the pad farther back and closer to the heel to promote easier rotation. The G15 Fairway Wood pulls off that shot quite easily as the ball is launched quickly and effortlessly. Its sole interacts with the ground smoothly and the distance was pretty impressive both in the light rough and the fairway. To be general, Ping G15 Fairway Wood provides consistent performance and launches high shots.

Ping G20 Fairway Wood is made for players of all ability levels. Composed of the 17-4 stainless steel, G20 is easy to get the ball airborne and can create low spin with a much higher launch. Ping G20 has a slightly larger face and perimeter weighting that increases the moment of inertia (MOI) for high accuracy. With a larger front-to-back and heel-to-toe, the G20 fairway wood sets up neutral at address and rotates square at impact. It has a similar look with the driver, lower face height, sleek look, and great performance. It also features external weighting for low and back CG to produce high launch and optimal spin for long, straight results. Two kinds of shafts are provided with Ping G20 Fairway Wood-- TFC 169F shaft for higher launching and TFC 169F Tour shaft for lower trajectories.

Ping G15 Driver and K15 Driver Review

This review focuses on the Ping G15 Driver and K15 Driver. Ping G15 Driver features external sole weight pad which optimizes the center of gravity (CG) to generate high launch and low spin for longer drives. Its 460cc titanium head is longer front to back and features PING's patented ultra thin crown technology. This technology saves some weight from thin crown and Ping positions the saved weight as an external sole weight to optimize the CG for higher trajectories and reduced spin. Ping G15 Driver not only has a maximum forgiveness, but also possesses enhanced distance and accuracy. The clubface of G15 is very large to increase ball speed and provide consistency across the entire hitting surface. You’ll hit longer and straighter tee shots with the engineering that makes the G15 such a reliable performer. Its large head profile increases the moment of inertia (MOI) for maximum forgiveness across the hitting surface. The club head is finished in a dark color that is very subtle and does not distract you at address or during your swing. The crown of the PING G15 driver is set with the trademark Ping alignment aid, a reversed crescent moon. Again, nothing distracting about this, the alignment aid is a dark gray that does not stand out significantly, just enough that you can easily align the ball and club face. For those of you who are bothered by offset and draw bias in a club, you will be happy to know that the Ping G15 Driver set up pretty neutral and looks quite square at address. There is a draw bias version of the G15 for those of you looking to help ease a slice. That particular model offers up a slightly more pronounced offset.

Ping K15 Driver also features Ultra-Thin Crown Technology, allowing engineers to save weight and locate the saved weight to SF Tec’s external weight pad for high MOI and low, back CG that launches the ball high with low spin for optimizing distance and accuracy. The Ping K15 Driver is designed for straight drives. It features Ping’s renowned Straight Flight Technology (SF Tec) which places approximately 10% of head mass toward the heel to help square the face for splitting fairways. Ping K15 Driver can also help you on distance gains for its high MOI resulting in high ball speed and forgiveness.
